veeam endpoint sccm deployement

Hello,

I need to deploy veem endpoint backup on all the employee's laptops.

I have found a way to do so but the the deployement will be processed in two steps.

Firstly, the software will be deployed in unattend mode.
Secondly, an auto It script will de deployed and executed by the user.
The purpose of that script will be to send keystroke to the computer in the goal to set the software as if the user should do himself?

That's works but it isn't as silently as i want.

I know that veeam endpoint stores parameters in a database.

Is there a way to send SQL DML query to enter those parameters silently?

Thanks for clarification. It seems like our paid edition Veeam Agent for Windows (new name for Veeam Endpoint Backup) should help, as it will have management APIs available.

does theses API will give us the option to deploy an unique software preset?

What do you exactly mean by unique software preset?

If you mean: Install it silently in a deployment (such as with SCCM) and then apply (also silent) the desired configuration as created by the admin, then yes.

BTW, what would the target for these backup jobs? Do you plan to back up these laptops to a Veeam backup repository?

It will be executed by the user with a temporary eleveted rights
