Hi,

i have installed veeam endpoint on user notebook, installation progress seems to be Ok.
but after installation process was finish, veeam endpoint backup services cannot started.

i check on the event viewer, and here is the log :

trying to re-install veeam endpoint on this notebook, but no changes. the services won't started.

i'm trying another solution from https://tinkertry.com/veeam-endpoint-ba ... base-reset, but not OK

anyone can help me to solve this issue ?

Hi,

Can you start the UI? This could be hidden in your icon tray or otherwise you can start it through the programs menu also.

If so, please log a support call through the UI

If that fails also, please let us know.

Hi,

No, i can't start the UI.
veeam icon is visible in tray, but i can't open the UI

Sorry for late reply
i have been follow Konstantin suggestion to re-install veeam endpoint, and also uninstall symantec anti virus first before re-install veeam endpoint
after that, veeam work with no errors.
