Veeam Errormessage "Startindex should not be longer than.."[have no supportcase ID]

hi,
my veeam-agent (german) tells me that "the startindex must not be longer than the length of the string" (" Error: startIndex darf nicht länger als die Länge der Zeichenfolge sein. Parametername: startIndex")
what could i do to make backups of my client again?

I am a private user and can't submit a support request, because it seems to be possible only as a corporate customer
