Veeam failed to backup when SQL VSS Writer enabled

Hi,

We aren't able to perform a backup when SQL Server VSS Writer is enable. I saw on your site - https://www.veeam.com/kb1915- that there's a solution for it , increasing max_worker_threads - that didn't work as well. I'm testing it on i3 with 8 gb of ram machine, I've changed the parameter first to 512 reffering to these recommendations - https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms190219.aspx - Started backup and it failed. Increased it to 1024, same.

Using the Endpoint Control Panel did you open a support case? That will gather the logs and send them to Veeam for review, also please post your case number in this thread.

I tried but it's saying that my email is not register even after I confirm it. I'll try later on again but I wanted to check here for first if you have any suggestions.

Did you get a confirmation email to your mailbox (check spam folder, just in case)?
