Veeam Lockup Error

I am getting an error message.
Full backup file merge failed Error: Item [Backup Job UK-KIN-FS012019-01-09T223023.vbk] is locked by running session Backup Job UK-KIN-FS01 [Agent Backup].

I have check Veeam knowledgebase and it seems i need to run the below queries in SQL.

delete from [Backup.TrackedActions.Leases]
delete from [Backup.TrackedActions.LockItems]
delete from [Backup.TrackedActions.Locks]

However my issues is what is the name of the instance that VEEAM DB would be using in SQL. I can put the servername\instance name in the login.
