Will we someday be able to count on the function of verifying the correctness of the backup made in the Agent, but as a separate option? An option that can be run at any time.

Is your goal to test if the backup can be restored?
Today, you can use Instant Recovery to a hypervisor host (vSphere, HyperV, Nutanix AHV) to test for recoverability of the Agent Backup. At any time you want.
For testing the restore to physical hardware, you need to have a second machine to restore the entire Agent Backup.

Yes, I want to periodically check whether the backup made is suitable for data recovery.
I don't try to restore on a physical machine. Can you elaborate your thoughts on a virtual machine? I am using Hyper-V.

For now it's a manual process. You can use Agent Instant Recovery to HyperV. Veeam will power on the backup of the physical machine as a HyperV VM in a instant recovery session. You will be able to check if the OS has successfully powered on and if the files and application works.

We plan to bring automated restore testing of Veeam Agents in SureBackup Jobs in our next version of VBR.
