I have a issue with a Windows Agent backup
Right now it hangs on Creating VSS snapshot for about 3 hours and will finally error out with Error: The logon attempt failed
Any subsequent retries error out soon after job starts with a Error: Managed session 1bd34b04-137d-4fc9-82d3-881b7ee8b787 has failed unexpectedly
I have restarted Veeam Endpoint Backup Services as well as rebooted server.
Opened case with support (03095473) and they have come back with needing to put in AV exclusions. I have disabled my AV and it is still doing it.
Any ideas from the community?

Looks like it was AV issue. uninstalled AV, and backup was successful. I have put in exclusions from KB1999 and I am reinstalling my AV now. Will respond with results tomorrow.
