Hello,
VEB is using Microsoft VSS to for doing backups, based on your error message I would suggest to check out VSS writers state and especially SQL Server one, there should be no faulty entries.
To do that run this command on your Windows 7 computer:
Once you detect a writer with an error state, please review Windows event log for additional info about this writer.
Thanks!

I uninstalled VEB and all sql localdb components, found and deleted all *veeam*-entries of folders and files, installed VEB again, created task and it works now.
