We want to take the windows computer backup from scratch via powershell
Hi Experts,
We have raised a case, below is the ID. But veeam support shared a wrong link.
Case # 07485816
We want to take the Windows computer backup from scratch via PowerShell. We have to create the script. Could you please let me know I went through the below links? But we are not getting all the settings to create a Windows computer backup. Please share the relevant link to take the Windows computer backup from scratch to end via PowerShell. Below I am explaining step by step.
1) Right click Veeam backup, Then select Windows computer backup
2) Select Type as ‘Server’, mode as ‘Managed by backup Server’ and Click on Next
3) Enter the Name for the job & Click on Next.
4) Click on Add and Add the server by entering the IP and credentials.
5) Click on Next and In the backup mode tab, select File Level backup
6) In the Objects tab, Click on Add and Add the below folder paths. These folders are created
by default when product was installed.
• D:\Data Serviceability
• D:\ISP-RTS
• D:\IVT Reports
• D:\PortalPms
• D:\PreventiveMaintenance
• D:\RemoteSoftwareDistribution
• D:\system
• D:\temp
7) Click on Advanced settings and add the below Exclusions.
• Add AVW Local folder - ”D:\PortalPms\Data\dbcbe8f6-75a3-48f5-
aafc-26a0b835099d\*” must be added mandatorily
We have PowerShell code to set the backup time later.
I am looking for the cmdlets for the above 7 points. Can someone share the relevant link to automate this. Below links are not helpful.

Note: We are not looking Physical windows server backup. Veeam support sending cmdlets for physical backup. Its not useful.
I am looking forward to hearing from you
Regards
Leo
