will 'entire computer' backup avoid internal optical drives?

I assume 'yes' but wanted to double check. (I know you can opt to backup external usb drives if you check the checkbox for those, but am strictly referring to internal cd drives).

CD drives don‘t have vss support. They will never be backed up.
