New version 4.0.1 claims support for Windows 10 May 2020 Update (2004).
What if I have upgraded my windows to 2004 but still have Veeam Agent 4.0.0? Could it restore backups created earlier? And could it restore backups created further?

Re: Windows 2004 support
Hello,
and welcome to the forums
New versions of the Veeam Agent for Windows can restore data from old versions. For example version 4 can restore version 1 data.
I'm not 100% that I understood your question. But I recommend to upgrade to 4.0.1.
Does that help?
Thanks,
Hannes

Re: Windows 2004 support
Hello, I just wonder, can I work on 4.0.0 with Windows 2004 or upgrade to 4.0.1 is mandatory?

Hello,
ah, you were looking for the old release notes... https://www.veeam.com/kb2683
Personally, I would just upgrade instead of checking release notes
Best regards,
Hannes
