Windows Agent Rescan BIOS UID Problem
Hello,
I see two Windows 10 Computers on which the Veeam Agent for Windows was installed .
When i do an Rescan of the Protection Group i see the following error :
Unable to install backup agent: cannot connect to A5-WS510 Error: Known agent XXXXXX have the same bios uuid 03000200-0400-0500-0006-000700080009 but different connection point XXXXXX.
One of this affected clients shows status green on Rescan the other one shows an Error .
Can someone explain me please what causes this Problem and how can i solve this Problem ?

Hi ,
Followed of this Article i removed both Machines from the Protection Group . I add it the again with the same Error .
The physical Machines are complete different Hardware Machines .

Ok, then I see two options for your issue.
Follow the note in the kb about creating a support case with veeam (always needed when having a technical issue).
Or doing the unofficial workaround under the more information section.
