Windows Platform Fips error on backup

We are running server 2012 r2 and getting and error of: Error: This implementation is not part of the Windows Platform FIPS validated crystallographic algorithms. We are running endpoint version 1.1.1.212. We also tried to submit a ticket but got a message stating that the online support system is temporary unavailable.

You got it in the Endpoint, right? To submit a case PC must be connected to the internet – check firewalls and such might simply block the connection.
