About Veeam Agent for MAC

Hi All.-

I recently installed in my MAC i have 1 question. Why the packet could be .vbk or .vib not be able to open in Windows?. Show a message that is not compatible.

And by other way in my MACOS Monterrey my Agent crash and show message that say "veeamservice connect failed". Anyone has the same experience?

Hi, the first item is because Windows OS is unable to mount the file system used by Mac. Thanks!

Try to reinstall Veeam Agent for MAC, by fresh install. If the issue continues to persist, I suggest opening a support case.
