Creating a backup takes too much time.
What could be the problem ?

Re: Backup does not complete
Hi,
First of all, something is definitely not right with the job statistics - it shows that "Processed" is only 5.9 GB (21%) whereas "Transferred" shows 1.5 TB.
Regarding the actual duration of the job - as far as I understand you backup a large set of small files, is that correct?
Thanks

Re: Backup does not complete
Hello !
The total file size is 27GB
The same version of the agent easily copes with 30GB on another server.
and does it in 35 minutes

Re: Backup does not complete
I can only assume that maybe the Agent on the first server does not have enough resources and therefore is shown as a bottlneck, however it's just a guess. Please contact support team directly and post your case ID.
Thanks!
Thanks!
