Cloud provider ***** is not available / remote certificate

Hi,

After a Certificate change on the service provider side we are getting the following error on my Linux agent job;

I am getting the error "Cloud provider ***** is not available, the remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure, please configure the provider again".
So.. I pressed configure, then I select the Job.. after that nothing happens anymore.. the screen stays blank..

I also tried to remove the job, but it cannot remove the job because I get the error "The remote Certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure, please configure the provider again, Failed to deleted backup job"

So I cannot remove the job, and cannot reconfigure the job..
How to continue now?

I am using the latest version of the agent.

veeamconfig cloud edit ***** for --name ****

We have similar issue on linux agents, when the CC certificate is changed you have to manually reconfigure the job on the agent and accept the new certificate even if its from a trusted CA.

I think Veeam Agent for Linux checks the certificate thumbprint, and if that is changed the verification failes, even if the certificate is issued from a trusted CA

As it was mentioned in the previous topic, the way VAL works with certificates will be fixed in the next update. The fact that it is not possible to edit a job via UI is another issue and it will be investigated separately.
