Hello,
I would like to create an ISO or recovery media to spin up a cent OS vm from the backups.
I have installed agent and did a backup job however when I tried to create recovery media the option is greyed out for me, please advise

Re: Creating ISO for a Linux Cent OS VM
Hi Koushik
Are you using the VBR console to create the recovery media?
That will only work for windows agent backups. For Linux, you can download the recovery media from the veeam website or create a custom ISO with the Veeam Agent for Linux.

Thanks

Re: Creating ISO for a Linux Cent OS VM
Hi Koushik
You can download the recovery media iso file from our website or software repository:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... very-image
If you need to include special drivers, please create a custom iso. You need a running linux machine with the Veeam Agent for Linux installed. You can use agent control panel or agent command line:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/agent ... tml?ver=50

Thanks
