i have a physical system P server running AIX 6.1 and Oracle (standalone). Does Veeam AIX Agent support Application Aware? If no, how can i backup oracle on p-AIX?

No, the current versions does not support AAIP for AIX. The best what you can do today is to use native Oracle tools to back it up.
