Failed to load module [veeamsnap] with parameters

Hi guys,

Support ID :- 01117849

I have Suse Linux 64bit 12( physical server ), getting an error while taking a backup.. ( veeam Backup & replication 9.5 with update 2)


Processing finished with errors at 2018-09-19 14:11:28 +04
Failed to load module [veeamsnap] with parameters [zerosnapdata=1 debuglogging=0]
Child execution has failed. Exit code: [1]
Failed to perform backup
Failed to create volume snapshot

please advice.

Dear Mike

thanks for you reply... i have run the below command from the that url

dkms status

error :- If 'dkms' is not a typo you can use command-not-found to lookup the package that contains it, like this:
cnf dkms
