As per user guide below are the options for contacting support.
You can open online help for Veeam Agent for Linux. ( How i can open online help) .
You can visit Veeam Community Forums at https://forums.veeam.com and share your opinion or ask a question. (In forum we can't ask troubleshooting help without a support case id)
If you use Veeam Agent for Linux with a paid license installed, you can submit a support case to the Veeam Support Team at www.veeam.com/support.html. (we are using free version)

In fact you can open a case even with FREE version, the only difference is that there is no SLA, so the support team will get to your case as soon as they have free slots. Do you have any issues with the product or the questions was out of curiosity?

You can. Depending on the issue moderators will either porvide you with the answer, or will encourage to open a case with FREE version.In forum we can't ask troubleshooting help without a support case id

What do you mean by 'unix' ? If you refer to Solaris or AIX then Veeam Agent for Linux does not support those.
