In Azure - Restore to Azure feature

I'm running VBR and VLA/VWA in Azure (100% native Azure environment - no VMware Hypervisor) backing up Linux and Windows Azure-VMs. Trying to test all restore options. Is the "Restore to Microsoft Azure" option supported in this configuration? I am not trying to restore from our on-prem VMware environment to Azure. This is a separate isolated environment - all in Azure.

How are other customers/users restoring Azure VMs (in Azure only)?

Restore to Azure should work both for Linux and Windows.

The first issue I ran into configuring this option was with Azure MFA. I did login to portal.azure.com and completed the MFA (on the VBR 10A server/Edge). The support case has the screen shot / error.
