[LINUX] Invalid character in repository Package description

Hi,
there seems to be an invalid character (<96>) in the Package description of the following repo:

http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ckages.bz2



This leads to automated tools incorrectly parsing the repos content (in my case patchman, see also https://github.com/furlongm/patchman/issues/478 )
