Hi
I did got a new MacPro with MAcOS 12.2 now, and installed latest Mac Veeam Agent. I did setup a Backup Job on the Veeam Control Center, did import this into the Mac Agent. I did set Full Disk access on the mac for Veeam.
The Backup Job in the control Center is shown as "published successfull to the agent".
But the backup job does not start at the time I scheduled it.
I said "everyday 9 am" - and nothing happens. Mac runs, time on server and mac are correct. But nothing happens.
Job is NOT disabled, everytime I change the job, it is pushed successfully to the machine.
What could be wrong, what can I do to run that backup on schedule?
And howto backup the mac machine complete like in the Windows Agent?
Or how can I start the backup onto Server Repository manually on the mac?
The Mac Agent is badly limited in function, sadly.

Re: Mac Agent does not backup on schedule
Hello @Amiga4000,
Did you open a Support case for this issue? Support will be able to go through your logs and check why the scheduled job doesn't start.
Also - just a suggestion - is your mac online when the job should start? Is everything ok with the connection?
Speaking of the manual job starting, have you tried this method?
Thanks!

Re: Mac Agent does not backup on schedule
Hi
thx, seems like Mac needed a reboot. Now the Backup runs schedule and the manual start backup runs, to.
To bad the functionality is not the same as on windows (GUI, user interaction), but at least it works, somehow.
lets see how well.
