Mount error 13

Hi

I have just installed Veeam agent for Linux on a Debian 8.5.

I get the following errors when i try to run a backup to a smb share.

How do i fix this?

Hi Simon,

I think this would be related to the user permissions that is trying to run the backup, can that user copy files to that location in the gui or using cp?

Ah yes, something was messy with them, now i get this error:

Sure, where do i find them?

Sorry I did not include that, but there is a subfolder in /var/log/veeam/Backup/<your job name> containing the latest session logs (you can sort by time with "ls -altr" to get the recent session as the last entry).

Feel free to skim through the logs for something obvious, or post them here using your favorite sharing tool. For plain text, I usually use http://dpaste.com, but that's up to you.

Could you try to reinstall veeamsnap package please? This error

might happen due to an incorrect installation of the kernel module. After reinstallation please make sure versions of kernel and kernel headers match.
