My physical server cannot boot with recovery media

This can be very specific and is something most likely related to the OS and not the type of server. This can be resolved via support who can get more insight in the system.

But even I used recovery media on a physical server without OS this recovery media can boot on DL380 G8 but cannot boot on DL380/580 G10

Did you restart the service after you had edited veeam.ini ? If yes, then the only thing that I can suggest at this point is to contact our support team.

Is the "secure boot" deactivated in bios? I had the same problem with notebooks.
