no schedule saved in crontab

Post by kpblxa »

Job created, set to run automatically but does not run on schedule. nothing is added by linux agent to crontab. OS is Fedora server 31 with latest patches.
is there a way to add this manually to crontab?

or can someone share whats saved in cron tab by linux agent?

Hello
and welcome to the forums.

Can you check the output of "crontab -l"

I get this:

Code: Select all

#{9b3ec20b-de62-49d4-8085-06adeb5204c5}# Veeam backup job, do not modify this line
0 6 * * * veeamconfig job start --id {9b3ec20b-de62-49d4-8085-06adeb5204c5} --retriable --scheduled --highpriority > /dev/null
Best regards,
Hannes

Hello @kpblxa

Would you check whether cronie package is installed? It appears that Fedora 31 doesn't include it by default. If it's installed and crontab -l lists nohing, then kindly provide logs (grab them with veeamconfig grablogs)

Thanks!
