Howdy fellas,
are there any disadvantages using NTFS-formatted local backup targets? I've got a "vortexbox" (aka sort of rip- and musicbox) where NTFS is used for the built in backupfunction.

Re: NTFS as local backup target
Hi,
No, there aren't any. THe only thing that you should keep in mind is this snapshot allocation bug. If your system will decide to place a snapshot to the NTFS volume it might fail. In this case please contact our support team directly for directions.
Thank you
