SLES 15 SP2 Support?

Post by IceCubicle99 »

I've got a system that I upgraded to SLES 15 SP2 before I noticed that Veeam doesn't seem to explicitly support this version yet. Does anyone know any workaround to get the agent working fully on this version of SLES? The snap module seems to be the part that's not working since the system has been upgraded.

Hi,

This one will be supported in the next VAL update.

Currently you might want to try to get the latest version of veeamsnap from github (supports kernels up to 5.7)

Thanks!

Is it valid for SLES for SAP 15 SP2 on IBM Power System?

Veeam only supports AIX on power architecture.

Linux on PowerPC is not supported by Veeam Agent for Linux
