Solaris beta agent - Solaris 8 support?

I've been messing around with the beta agent and having it running on Solaris 10 on Sparc. We also have some Solaris 8 boxes, which I understand is not supported by the agent. If I were to try to install and use the agent on Solaris 8, does anyone have any idea on how successful or not that might br?

Unfortunately, it won't work with Solaris 8. "Won't work" as in "at all". Out of curiosity - how many of those machines do you have?
