Trying to backup Mint 20.3

Good morning fellas, recently we have been trying to backup a Linux Mint OS based physical machine, we tried various methods, among them manually installing the veeam agent on the target machine, we also read about supported OS in veeam and cannot find Mint OS, did you guys had this issue before? If so, is there a way to succesfully backup a physical mint machine using veeam software?
Veeam Backup version 11a (last patch) up to date. Thanks in advance.

The Mint OS is not mentioned in the list of the supported OS on this page. I believe that your question should be treated as a feature request for Veeam Agent for Linux so I move the topic to the corresponding forum branch.
