They are for 32-bit and 64-bit OS versions respectively.

May be change naming of this files for clear understanding to:
http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ery-media-x86-5.0.0.iso
http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ery-media-x64-5.0.0.iso
Because itsn't so clean for understanding and hosting this files with the same files names for customers.
http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ery-media-x86-5.0.0.iso
http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ery-media-x64-5.0.0.iso
Because itsn't so clean for understanding and hosting this files with the same files names for customers.

Hello,
As you show in the beginning these same named files are located in the http://repository.veeam.com/backup/linu ... ery-media/ , in the x86 and x64 directories respectively.
In case manual download you will need to select one of them and in case of auto download, agent will detect and download necessary ISO.
Also, please keep in mind that in the latest version of Linux agent's User Guide, only 2 files were mentioned, due kernel versioning.
