When you want to do a restore from a VAA backup on a server, there seems to be two ways to mount a backup image so you can do a file level restore.
- Option 1: veeamconfig backup mount --id <backup_id>
- Option 2: veeamconfig point mount --id <point_id>
Option 2 lets you choose the specific restore point. What restore point is selected by Option 1? The latest restore point?

Hi,
That's right - "backup mount" mounts the latets available restore point.
Thanks!

Thanks. I'll submit a documentation update request to get that added to the User Guide.
