VAM installation failed
Where is the log file for the VAM installer? I am trying to update the agent on MacOS Ventura 13.2 on a MacBook Pro from 2021. VAM 2.3.1.1009. I click 'Install', the installer churns a few seconds then gives me "the installation failed". I uninstalled and installed, same result. Do I need to treat it like a Windows computer and reboot the critter? I have two other Macs where updating succeeded.

Re: VAM installation failed
To find the VAM installer log, you can check the Console app or view /var/log/install.log for detailed error messages. Try rebooting the Mac, ensure Rosetta 2 is installed, and run the installer via Terminal for more diagnostic output.rmc_acampbell wrote: ↑Jun 12, 2025 6:26 pm Where is the log file for the VAM installer?
