Hi,
We have Veeam B&R in our Production environment, and recently we have started to use Veeam Agent for Linux Free in a separate test environment (not accessible from our Production network).
We would like to centrally manage the Veeam Agents and I understand that we can manage the free Agent for Linux from the B&R console (9.5 update 3a).
However, as we don't want to manage a Virtual Host (VMWare or Hyper-V), I don't know how we license the B&R element for the test environment. Can I just install B&R in the test environment to manage the free Agents and use our existing license?
Rgds

Re: VBR Licensing to manage Veeam Agent for Linux (Free)
Hi,
In order to manage agents (VAW or VAL), you have to install Agent license onto your VBR host. As an option you can request a trial agent license from your sales representative.
Thank you!
