Veeam Agent for Linux with Multiple Oracle DB Versions

We have a server with Oracle 12c and 19c installed and Veeam Agent installed and controlled by the Veeam B&R server can backup the 12c DB's fine but reports the DB running on 19c cannot be backed up as it is shutdown. The 19c is on a different listener port. Using the RMAN plugin naturally.

We have made sure everything that was required to facilitate the backup of 12c DB's is in place for the 19c DB but has us stumped as to why Veeam cannot backup the DB. The account we use on the server that has permissions to see all databases can be logged in locally and access the 19c DB.

Any other suggestions as we await the Veeam engineers?

Oh and the DB is naturally not shutdown ad is online.
