Hello,
the application does not open. I would like to open a ticket but it requires me to enter my AWS ID and Support ID.
is there a way to retrieve this information by logging into the operating system via the command line?

Your AWS ID is your AWS account ID that you can also obtain via the AWS console. You should be able to open a case by selecting "Veeam Backup for AWS" under the Free product section as well if you don't have a support ID available. If not, can you try support ID "0000" until it gets resolved?
