Hi,
I'm currently facing an issue with all of my backups specifically EC2 policy backups where all of the instances that are supposed to be backed up are getting the error 'One or more errors occurred. (Bad value for ai_flags)'. The EC2 policy snapshot is completing successfully. I also noticed that the instance profiles that are being created are not being deleted after they are done being used, I recently had to delete ~900 instance profiles because I was getting an error for that after the bad value for ai_flags had started. I updated my Veeam instance to the latest version and the issue has persisted. I'm not sure if I need to deploy a new veeam instance or not but I would prefer to fix the issue on the existing instance instead of deploying a new one. I am using the free version currently as I am only backing up 5 instances right now.
I did download the logs but I'm relatively new to Veeam and not really sure how to traverse them.
The case I have open is Case # 05323117

Re: Bad value for ai_flags
Hi,
This seems like a deeper technical issue which requires log insight. Please continue working via the support case and we’ll monitor it as well.
