Veeam support Case: 05339119
While trialling this software I have successfully backed up EC2 instances with unencrypted volumes however I receive the following error when I try to backup EC2 instances with encrypted volumes
Error
Processing CLC-Linux-EC2-SharedServices-Instance-failed: KMS key arn:aws:kms:ap-southeast-2:619190336024:key/<my key> was not found.
The key is my KMS CMK key that it used to encrypted the volumes.
The KMS key is located in another AWS account.
The KMS account has a key policy > Other AWS accounts that includes the account where Veeam for AWS is running
Do anyone have any idea what I maybe missing
