File-Level restore

I setup a back job to create snapshots only. If I click on File-Level Restore it creates a worker instance, but does nothing. I'm guessing because it wants me to enable Backup instead of a snapshot schedule?

The snapshot only backup job isn't related to the behavior you see, file-level restore should work.
Please contact the support team and provide the logs for review. Thanks!

Thanks for the response. I opened a ticket with support yesterday and received an email today that the case #03944315 was moved another tech support team.

Also wanted to ask, is it possible to move snapshots to another region? I have my production instances in Oregon along with the Veeam backup server and would like to move my snapshots to another region in case Oregon is down for a prolonged time I can spin up the snapshots in another region. Is that supported?

Carlton, this is not possible, you can't move snapshots to another region however your request is noted.
