Restore instance with fixed IP

Currently, we are in the restoration process and we have realized that in the restoration options there is no option to set the fixed IP. What we are looking for is to be able to create the instance with the same IP.
We are in the process of testing this solution for recoveries and would greatly appreciate your support on this issue.
In this case, we are doing the restoration to another region, specifically from Northern Virginia (us-east-1) to Oregon (us-west-2).

AWS does not allow to use an elastic IP in 2 regions so performing a restore like this will most likely not be possible.

Can you clarify a bit more the full use case so we can try to find a solution?

In this case we want to restore the instance with the same private IP, we have decided to add another interface with the source IP. My question would be if I could do a restore in another region with the same IP. I would like to know if in the same region if you restore with the same private IP or do you have to assign a manual IP.

Understood. This is currently not possible but we'll look in the ability to restore private IPs to another location in a future release.

In the same region, the IPs can be preserved.
