We have added Veeam4AWS plugin recently to out v10 install. Now we noticed that one old job is still shown there as in progress since 29.09 but it's long finished and shown as such in Veeam4AWS.
Veeam4AWS
Code: Select all
09/29/2021 10:04:19 PM Success Processing saut5003: 100%, 1.3 TB transferred. 1 d 13 h 37 min 1 sec
....
10/01/2021 11:41:21 AM Success Session finished at 10/01/2021 11:41:21 AM.
—
B&R Console
Code: Select all
29.09.2021 22:04:19 :: Processing saut5003: 45%, 868.6 GB transferred.
Veeam4AWS appliance and B&R server both were restarted. No change. Any idea other than opening support case?

Did you already restart the VBR service? If so, I fear you will have to ask support for assistance.

Seems I missed the last sentence by being a bit too fast. Can you let us know the case ID once opened so we can follow it for future references?

Session information could be removed by deleting SQL entries. Lets see if this happens again.

Thanks for the update. If it does happen again, please let us know as it may be a bigger issue then.
