Veeam AWS Deployment - appliance creation timeout

Just thought I would post here since my open ticket has been sitting for 5 days. I'm seeing an issue when I try to deploy the AWS appliance for a new setup where I can see the appliance is deployed as an EC2 instance. It then fails in the Veeam console with "Failed to Deploy: Veeam backup for AWS appliance is unavailable. Timeout elapsed: 360s. The AWS roles and VM deploy perfectly but there is just a timeout with the install that makes everything get deleted right after the install.

The log shows this right after all the roles and EC2 instance is installed.:

I see you have quite an active discussion in case 04530845, and you've already uploaded the logs.
It does not seem to be a common issue, so let's give Support team a chance to analyse the logs and find out what happened.
