Veeam Backup for AWS - Updater Error

Hello. I just deployed a new instance of Veeam Backup for AWS EC2 instance. Everything went smoothly until I updated the recommended updates. After the instance rebooted, I get a notification saying updates are needed but cannot get to the update page. When I try to go to the update page through Configuration - Support Information - Updates - Check and View updates, the page fails to load and get an error on the page saying, "Oops Something went wrong. Sorry about that." When I hit the go back button, it basically loops back to the error page.


I've tried restarting the Veaam AWS instance several times and still get the same error when trying to access the Update page. Is there anything else I can try?

This sounds like an issue with the service running the updater and not something we will be able to resolve using the R&D forums. Can you please contact our support and let us know the case ID? Even if it is a poc or free, you’ll get basic support when available.
