AzureVM not displayed, when configuring Policy
Hello everyone.
I deployed a new VM with Veeam for backup some AzureVMs. I configured the setting and is ok. But, when I configured a policy, the AzureVMs not displayed.
The synchronization log:

Error: Full synchronization of subscription xxxx0000-xxx000 has failed: An item with the same key has already been added. Key: xxxxxxx

----

Any ideas to help me?

Hi Jeferson, can u clarify what u exactly did? Did you just create a new VM usingthe Azure marketplace? Or did you restore something via Veeam as the first sentence confuses me a bit: I deployed a new VM with Veeam for backup some AzureVMs?

I create a VM with Veeam for Azure from Marketplace. I performed all account and repository settings.
When creating a new policy to back up VMs, VMs are not displayed.

It's hard to say what is causing it, so let's wait till our support reviews the full debug logs. On a side note, do you see VMs from other subscriptions?

It is the first time I use Veeam for Azure and it will only be in this subscription.
But I'm going to test it on another subscription. I give feedback as soon as I finish.

In my private subscription, I created the VM with Veeam Backup. I performed all the Account settings. I created a new policy and it worked correctly.
I need to understand why I can't display AzVMs in Veeam Backup in my client's subscription.
