Access denied. You do not have permission to perform
Hi. I've setup Veeam for Office 365 to backup Exchange to backup selective mailboxes...not backing Sharepoint at all.
I added a new user a few days ago and added him to the Exchange backup...but I am getting the following failed message.
8/16/2018 5:10:51 PM :: Failed to process OneDrive: First Last (https://companyname-my.sharepoint.com/p ... mpany_name). Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.
Why is it trying to backup the Sharepoint resources when I never selected any?

Re: Access denied. You do not have permission to perform
Hi Nick,
VBO, by default, is trying to process all the possible objects for a user, including mail, archives, SharePoint sites and OneDrive. If a site or OneDrive simply don't exist, VBO can't back them up and returns an error. This's a known issue and our RnD is currently working on it. For now, you can specify processing options for the job by selecting Mail (and/or Archive) and unchecking (excluding) OneDrive and Site. Can you try this and let me know if it helps?
