What is the smartest way to activate "Offload backup data to object storage" (we plan to use Azure Blob) on already activated backup repositories?
We would like to not have to recreate all the repositories and have double data since we already have 11Tb of data.
Per now the backups are on the internal disks on the server, but we would like to offload older backups to Azure Blobs.
We already have this system in place on Veeam R&D.

Re: Activate Offload data to object storage on active repositories
Hi,
There's no way to extend existing repositories to object storage, you'll need to create a new one. And if you already have some backup data in local repositories, you can move it to your new object storage repository. Here's how it works: https://www.veeam.com/kb3067
