Additional Folders in Tasks (Outlook) are missing in Backup

Hi, I've created additional Folders in Tasks in Outlook. These Folders are missing in the backup. Only the Default Tasks from my Mailbox exist in Veeam Explorer.

How did you create those folders? Are they under the tasks root or at the same hierarchy level of the root?

thanks for your fast reply. Unfortunately at the same hierachy level of the root. Any chance to get these folders to backup or do I have to "move" these 2 additional folders?

Both options in my opinion should work. Can I ask to create a support call for this? Put the case ID here and the outcome after investigation from our engineers.

Moving these 2 folders might be a temporary workaround (I am not even sure if it will work) but your original needs to work also. So if it doesn't, I need to get this into a system as a bug for fixing for the next version

is solved. It was my fault, both folders exist in backup. I was a little careless when creating the directories. They exist, but not where I looked for them, but where I created them
