Amazon Lightsail
Has anyone tried to use Amazon Lightsail to run Veeam 365 and then buy S3 Object Storage to store the data from traditional EC2?

Not specifically tried, and I am also not a specialist on it, but since VBO is built to run on a VM, physical server or cloud server, we honestly don't really care what is underneath it. As long as it is a modern server OS, with the right storage connected to it, it should work
