Post by dotdk »

Hi all

During a large Teams job running its first full backup, we are seeing a high number of these errors in the logs, and jobs doesn't appear to have processed any data on the last hours:

An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full "IP-address":443 - The ip-address varies and seems to be Microsoft adresses.

Does anyone know the reason or have seen this before?

We have 50 backup application configured in order to mitigate throttling.

A ticket has been raised on the issue as well: Ticket ID: [removed by moderator as it looks like support ID]

Hello,
yes, I found a couple of support cases with the same error. In one case, the customer opened a case at Microsoft. So continuing with support would be the best way, from my point of view.

Ticket numbers start with 05... can you confirm, that 05414391 is the correct ticket number?

Best regards,
Hannes

Did you find a resolution to this? I'm seeing the same behavior in VBR.
