API timeout
Hi all,
When using the API call's we're facing the default timeout of 30 secs when we try e.g. a Get OrgUserBackups call.
Any idea how to increase this ?
I've found some older posts (2019) where we can modify the C:\ProgramData\Veeam\Backup365\Config.xml
and the line: <WCF OperationTimeout="600" />
In the current v5 version, this line is not present by default.
Can we just add this and restart the service or is this obsolete ?
Thanks for your input !

Re: API timeout
Hi, Kristof!
I haven't used the API, so I can't say if that will fix it, but I had an issue earlier regarding a Powershell-command that timed out.
I added the "<WCF OperationTimeout="600" />" as a part of the <Archiver>-section and it did the trick for me.

Re: API timeout
Kristof,
Please create a support ticket for this one. I believe this can be added, but I want to make sure that support has looked into your current config file before changes are being made
Thanks
Mike
